The Feast of the Annunciation is internationally recognised as the Day of the Unborn Child. The Feast of the Annunciation commemorates the day Our Lord Jesus Christ became a tiny infant in his mother’s womb.
It is a day of celebration and remembrance of the dignity of the unborn. It also a day to remember the millions of unborn children whose lives have been lost to the violence of abortion.
Each year on this day, FLI helps to organise a prayerful march from St. Mary’s Cathedral to NSW Parliament House to witness to the sanctity of human life.
